Michelle Trachtenberg’s cause of death has been ruled "undetermined" by the medical examiner. The actress was 39 when she was found dead in an apartment in New York City on Feb. 26.

Investigators in Belize say the three women from Massachusetts who died while on vacation had a build-up of fluids in their lungs. The three women from Revere, 23-year-old Kaoutar Naqqad, 24-year-old Imane Mallah, and 26-year-old Wafae El-Arar, were found unconscious in their hotel room at the Royal Kahal Beach Resort last week.
