Kendrick Perkins, as he so often does, raised eyebrows during an appearance on NBA Today Thursday when he boldly declared that Kevin Durant was not the leader of the Oklahoma City Thunder throughout much of the 2010s.

Perhaps no fanbase has as much contempt for a former player as the Oklahoma City Thunder have for Kevin Durant. LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers buried the hatchet, and even Kawhi Leonard and the San Antonio Spurs seem to be on somewhat friendly terms.
