At a packed town hall for the Northeast Philadelphia community Wednesday night, city leaders offered help and resources to those affected by Friday's deadly plane crash. One man in the crowd said he's happy to be alive.

Philadelphia's mayor says five people hurt on the ground when a jet crashed Friday remain hospitalized, and three of them are in critical condition.

The NTSB said a preliminary report, to be released within a month, will contain "factual information" gathered in the investigation.
