President-elect Donald Trump chose Tammy Bruce, a longtime Fox News contributor, for State Department spokesperson. The pick continues Trump’s trend of turning to the conservative-leaning cable network for positions in his next administration, including former Fox News host Pete Hegseth for the chief Pentagon job.

President-elect Donald Trump announced Friday night he would appoint longtime Fox News contributor Tammy Bruce to become the next spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State. Bruce is one of many pro-Trump voices on the network during the day and in primetime.
