New York is taking its time with the process, in part to see if the situation in Dallas with Jason Kidd changes.

As initially reported by James L. Edwards III of The Athletic and later confirmed by ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Knicks will be bringing in former Kings head coach Mike Brown and former Grizzlies head coach Taylor Jenkins for formal interviews next week.

Jenkins was fired by the Grizzlies in March. He’s now a candidate for the Knicks coaching vacancy, according to a report by The Athletic’s Sam Amick.
