The news of Hulk Hogan's death spurred a flurry of reactions both in the wrestling world and here in Tampa Bay.
Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan died on Thursday at the age of 71. Perhaps the most well-known and recognizable wrestler in the history of the industry, he was a major catalyst in the growth of the World Wrestling Federation throughout the 1980s.
WWE co-founder Vince McMahon in a statement posted on X called Hulk Hogan “the greatest WWE Superstar of ALL TIME, someone who was loved and admired around the world.” Incredibly high praise given the star-studded roster WWE has produced in the ring and beyond.
The sportscaster created her Wear by Erin Andrews line in 2019 and now works with nearly 200 teams and leagues.
