Marah Dykstra put back her own miss at the buzzer to lift the Bobcats to a 58-57 victory over Montana to win the Big Sky Conference women’s basketball championship Tuesday at Idaho Central Arena.

Marah Dykstra's putback before the buzzer lifted Montana State past rival Montana to win the Big Sky tournament title and an automatic berth in the NCAA tournament.

The Idaho women had a bye until the quarterfinal round where they faced the number six Lady Griz. Montana got out to a 15-7 lead in the first quarter, but in the second quarter, back to back buckets from Olivia Nelson gave the Vandals their first lead of the game.
