CB Richard Ellis, of Grand Rapids, has been chosen as broker for one of the most unique buildings in West Michigan -- Steelcase Inc.'s pyramid-shaped Corporate Development Center.

HNI Corporation, which manufactures workplace furnishings, said it will acquire Steelcase in a $2.2 billion deal.
