A year with little to celebrate finished on a high note as the Gators ended Florida State’s season during a 40-21 win to stop a four-game skid Saturday night in the Swamp.

Saturday’s game between the Florida State Seminoles and the Florida Gators saw records broken, dreams crushed, and the same kind of intensity that is expected in this rivalry game. However, most of the intensity came from the Gator offense as UF won in mostly dominating fashion 40-21 before a crowd of more than 90,000 fans at The Swamp.
