A Wilkes-Barre man accused with shooting another man who threatened him with a baseball bat was sentenced to 13 days time served on Tuesday.

Investigators with the VCU said the shooting stemmed from an altercation between the victim and a suspect, who later went to the Tuscaloosa Police Department to speak about the incident and claim self-defense. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing, according to the VCU.
