Wide-mouthed jars; you can used canning jars or reuse jars you have, making sure they’ve been cleaned and sanitized. Mesh or cheesecloth and something to secure it to the jar (as in, a rubber band).
Cheesecloth and rubber band - These let air get into the radish seeds, allowing them to sprout. They’re good to use if you’re only growing sprouts occasionally.
Then place the swollen kernels in a jar fitted with a nylon mesh, cheese-cloth, or plastic screen cover that’s secured by a canning ring or rubber band.
The materials required are a wide-mouthed glass jar (such as a quart-size Mason jar), cheesecloth or muslin, a large rubber band and some seeds for sprouting.
