The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) has introduced a new payment system, Tap to Pay, allowing customers to purchase fares in multiple ways.

Riders can now tap their credit card, debit card or mobile wallet to ride COTA buses while paying the same rate as a daily or monthly pass.

Starting this week, COTA customers can purchase fares by tapping a debit or credit card, or a digital wallet from a phone or smart watch.
