Co-owners Jennyfur Spaulding and Kareem NeJame opened Tatu Tacos & Tequila in Saratoga Springs in spring 2019. That location closed in December 2021 while the Troy restaurant, above, was being built.
The building at 15 Second St. in Troy was home to Plumb Opticians, followed by a flower shop and later Plumb Oyster Bar, which closed in October 2022. It is the new home of The Flour Bender Bakeshop.
