Washington State Ferries to charge 3% fee on card payments March 1
Paying with cash will be the only way to avoid the new fee.
Beginning March 1, a 3% fee will be charged on credit or debit cards used to buy ferry fares. The charge won't apply to people who use ORCA cards or cash.
