Fans of promising young Mexican singer Ariel Camacho are in mourning, after the former YouTube sensation was killed in a car crash in his native Sinaloa, Mexico, on Wednesday, Feb. 25. He was 22.

Angel Del Villar, president and founder of the Regional Mexican label DEL Record, confirmed Camacho’s untimely death to Billboard. “My heart is broken by the loss of Ariel Camacho,” Del Villar said.
