A man exited a double parked BMW with an M4 rifle and then walked toward the skyscraper that is home to the headquarters of both the NFL and Blackstone, one of the world’s largest investment firms, as well as other tenants on Monday evening, according to surveillance video.

Blackstone told employees on Friday it will reopen its New York headquarters on August 4, a week after shuttering it in the wake of a shooting that killed four people including one of its executives.

Wesley LePatner, Senior Managing Director of the investment management company Blackstone, has reportedly lost her life due to a fatal shooting on Monday.
