The Georgetown community is grieving the loss of a city firefighter who died in a motorcycle crash last week.

A memorial service for Georgetown firefighter Kurt Lentz was held at Celebration Church. Lentz died in an off-duty wreck on April 11.

The public has been invited to attend a celebration of life service for Kentz on Thursday, April 17. It will take place at the Celebration Church at 601 Westinghouse Road in Georgetown at 10 a.m.
