Workers at 77 King Soopers stores on the Front Range are readying to take to the picket lines Thursday morning at 5 a.m.​, with no apparent resolution in sight.

Around 10,000 King Soopers workers in several Colorado counties wrapped up the vote over the weekend to begin what the Union calls an Unfair Labor Practice strike.

After union members approved a strike, UFCW Local 7 said a two-week walkout will “allow everyone to understand our concerns.”
