In their second major trade in four months, the Washington Commanders agreed to acquire former all-pro wide receiver Deebo Samuel from the San Francisco 49ers for a 2025 fifth-round draft pick, two people with knowledge of the deal said Saturday night.

Deebo Samuel’s time in San Francisco is over. The 49ers agreed to trade the star wide receiver to the Commanders in exchange for a fifth-round draft pick, according to multiple reports.
