A man claiming to own the Dural property linked to a counterterrorism investigation says police broke down the front door and handcuffed his tenant.

The pair are allegedly connected to the caravan filled with explosives believed to have a potential blast zone of 40 metres, and considered to be on the periphery of a broader antisemitism terror investigation.

The NSW police are continuing their investigation before charging the individual, according to Webb taking their time because the immediate threat had been averted.
