FARGO — West Fargo Horace is headed to a girls basketball state championship game for the first time in program history. Senior forward Jaiden Haile scored 26 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Hawks to a 73-48 victory against Mandan on Friday, March 14, in the North Dakota Division 2A semifinals at the Fargodome.

The Cougars are headed to the semifinals in Lansing. Grand Rapids Catholic Central defeated the Marshall Redhawks, 59-43, in an MHSAA boys basketball state quarterfinal on Tuesday, March 10 at Hamilton High School.
