A Connecticut Lottery player also won $1 million from a Powerball ticket drawn on Sept. 22, and the ticket remains unclaimed, according to Connecticut Lottery. The winning ticket was purchased from a Citgo gas station on 1289 Farmington Ave. in Kensington.
