The Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 7 a.m. Tuesday for Murray, Fannin, Gilmer, Dawson, Towns, Union, Lumpkin, and White counties.
According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac’s long-range outlook, Thanksgiving week across Georgia is expected to start off chilly and sunny before warming up just in time for the holiday, with little chance of rain, and no snow in sight.
