President Donald Trump told reporters Thursday it would be “devastating for our country” if he lost a Supreme Court case that could invalidate his administration’s most far-reaching tariffs.

The U.S. Supreme Court is set to make rulings on a series of important cases during its nine-month term, which runs through the end of June.

Concerns are growing that the Supreme Court could scramble the Trump administration’s tariffs strategy.
