A former Aurora dentist will serve life in prison after he was convicted of killing his wife by methodically poisoning her with arsenic and other substances.

Colorado dentist James Craig was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole July 30 for the 2023 fatal poisoning of his wife Angela Craig.
