Former Blazers star, Damian Lillard, is back in Rip City as the Milwaukee Bucks take on Portland Tuesday night. Lillard shared a photo to Facebook with his son to school captioned “Back in Portland and got right back to the school routine with my oldest.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had 39 points and 12 rebounds for the Bucks, who had won nine of their last 11 but were playing their third game in four nights.

Damian Lillard's second trip back to Portland is nowhere near as big a deal as his first. After Lillard made a much-anticipated return last season, the buzz is much lighter this time as he and the Milwaukee Bucks visit the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday night.
PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - The Portland Trail Blazers defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 125-112 on Tuesday, as the franchise’s all-time leading scorer, Damian Lillard, returned to the city he spent the first 11 seasons of his career.
Milwaukee needs more offensive firepower, though. Khris Middleton is sadly over the hill. The Bucks have also been looking to move Bobby Portis. Finding a deal for Middelton and Portis could involve acquiring a superstar from the Chicago Bulls, according to a brand new report from Bleacher Report’s Zach Buckley.
Last week the NBA announced the All-star starters for each conference. In the east, Jalen Brunson and Donovan Mitchell were the two starters at guard, and Jayson Tatum, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Karl Anthony-Towns were the three frontcourt starters.
History has a way of repeating itself. If the Milwaukee Bucks get another opportunity to steal a superstar from Miami, don’t be surprised if they do it again.
