Instead of trying to help people, Republican lawmakers are focused on stupid things like removing the governor's name from state road signs.

And that’s what the signs at the state’s borders are. Beshear isn't the first to do it. Governors of Kentucky have been putting their names on welcome signs as long as I can remember.

For as long as I can remember (age 61) the governor's name has always been displayed with welcome signs to Kentucky. The GOP has become very petty regarding Gov. Beshear because of his success.
