Ever since her days at Iowa, Clark has made a living on difficult shots because of how she's defended. Those looks become exponentially harder when she's forced to the sidelines for weeks at a time and is operating at less than 100% when she comes back.

Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever (10-10) won, 99-82, on Friday, July 11, in the WNBA against the Atlanta Dream. Clark, a former Iowa women's basketball star, was the WNBA Rookie of the Year and a first-team All-WNBA selection last season. The matchup marked her second game back after missing five games due to a groin injury.

Indiana improves to 10-10 with the victory while Atlanta falls to 12-8. This is the last time the two franchises will meet during the regular season and the series was split 2-2.
