The Denver Broncos came out of the 2025 NFL draft with seven players picked and 15 undrafted free agent additions. The Broncos have also invited at least 25 players to try out at rookie minicamp, but those players will not count against the 90-man offseason roster (unless any of them end up signing).

After selecting QB Bo Nix with the 12th overall pick in last year’s draft, the Broncos ended their eight-season playoff drought, going 10-7 before losing at Buffalo in the Wild Card.

Of their original set, the only pick Denver actually used was No. 20 on Texas cornerback Jahdae Barron. The Broncos actually considered trading back from there, too, Paton said Thursday night, to take a running back (Ohio State’s TreVeyon Henderson, sources said) later in the first round.
