Seeing that it was the Pistons' first home playoff game in over six years, the arena was at a fever pitch from the moment Game 3 tipped off. They zeroed in on one Knicks player in particular, Jalen Brunson.

Karl-Anthony Towns led the scoring for the Knicks with 31 points, eight rebounds and two blocks while shooting 10-of-18 from the field. Jalen Brunson added 30 points, shooting 11-of-13 from the free-throw line, along with nine assists and seven rebounds. OG Anunoby added 22 points, and Mikal Bridges had 20.

After struggling with a stagnant offense through much of the first two games, the Knicks enjoyed by far their best ball movement of the series in their 118-116 Game 3 win over the Pistons on Thursday night at Little Caesars Arena. They turned in their most well-rounded game on offense as a result.
