The storm expected to hit Southern California on Wednesday could wreak havoc in those same areas devastated by wildfires in January.

California is bracing for a series of storms that will bring significant mountain snow and coastal rain to nearly all of the state, with potentially hazardous flooding in parts of Southern California.
