Aaron Rodgers has been playing catch-up with the Pittsburgh Steelers after signing with the team during free agency, having previously played for the Green Bay Packers and New York Jets

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers only officially joined the Pittsburgh Steelers shortly before their three-day mandatory minicamp in June and, thus, is still learning about his new teammates in the early days of training camp. Rodgers is also using summer practices as a way to introduce himself to members of the Steelers' defense.

It was already going to be an intense matchup after the way the Jets’ ill-fated Rodgers experiment ended: with new coach Aaron Glenn informing the veteran he wanted to move forward without him, and Rodgers publicly accusing Glenn of disrespecting him during the process.
