Avengers' film starring Sebastian Stan, Florence Pugh and David Harbour is enjoyably more down to earth than some recent Marvel movies.

The official title of Marvel’s latest movie, Thunderbolts, includes an asterisk (a style choice that is explained by the film itself), and the same symbol could be incorporated into many of the first official reviews.

For Marvel fans, "Thunderbolts*" may well be remembered as the film that got the hobbling MCU franchise back on track - although that's mostly just wishful thinking from the suckers who've been faithfully keeping up with every sequel,
