Bayley is another example to why we need a mod card womens title. But she’s amazing. She’s got the whole package. She’s good in ring, she’s funny and entertaining on the mic. She knows how to build hype for a feud and make big waves with her having done some incredibly historic matches (iron woman match on NXT).

Even more unfortunately, this is one audience perception that Vince did correctly read from the crowd, even if the crowd were themselves wrong to think like this, and Bayley wasted years of her career being constantly surprises by Betrayal Banks and being too nice to hit Alexa Bliss with a kendo stick when it was a legitimate weapon.

Bayley shined with the Role Model/Ding Dong Hello gimmick during the pandemic. Iyo was best as Io Shirai, when she flew solo. Dakota Kai was great as a manipulative batshit heel. She shouldn't be a lackey. I think the best way to save this group is to break it up. Bayley bosses Sky and Kai around, despite having no titles.

Bayley is a great example of how lifelong fans can make the best superstars. She knows how fans think, what fans want, and will always get reactions, heel or face. Her NXT run and feud w/ Sasha got me back into wrestling after a decade or so away.
