Sep 2, 2024 · The first artist for Basel 2025 has been announced as Theo Evan, representing Cyprus at the 69th Eurovision Song Contest.

The Eurovision Song Contest is coordinated by the European Broadcasting Union, the world’s leading alliance of public service media with 113 Members across 56 countries – along with 31 Associates in Asia, Australasia, Africa and the Americas.

The Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 took place in the Malmö Arena on Saturday 11 May with Semi-Finals on Tuesday 7 and Thursday 9 May.
