Jan 19, 2025 · Sum say McClay isnt a scout, when years have gone by saying he was the head of scouting or responsible for good drafts since 2005(or something like that)....now a poster wants to say he is a figure head. I think he coached a Minor League team before the Cowboys job. Name the head dude of scouting that reports to McClay then.
