It’s been a while since I made meringue cookies, last time I made them was with Italian meringue, this time I wanted to try the Swiss meringue. I made them for my mom who’s visiting and loves these cookies. I’m really happy how they turned out. The @zoiandco sprinkles and the cute @wiltoncakes flamingo 🦩 sprinkle was the perfect touch to finish them. To color them I used @thesugarart master elite hot pink, sunshine and emerald, I activate the color using color solution. I pipe them with @nycake
