Karah Behrend on Instagram: "Finally made it back home after a few days and nights inpatient and we’re slowly getting into some sort of a routine that we’ll have until the 8 week mark when I go get X-rays and see my surgeon to check in on how things are progressing. My surgeon this go around is like me, a big fan of active recovery vs immobilization so I’m excited to be able to start already with small movements to keep my shoulder from freezing up and keep those muscles from atrophying fast 💪�
