Did you know a lions roar can be heard up to 8kms away? 🦁 If you are a local to Mosman or the surrounding suburbs there is chance that you may already be familiar with the sounds that come from within Taronga Zoo. Particularly from some of our louder residents including Ato our 4-year-old male lion! These loud roars and vocalisations are completely normal.
