Balancing out my workouts with yoga has been my jam lately and it’s giving my body everything it needs, aesthetically and function wise. Thought I’d throw this headstand on the grid - when I posted this on instastory the other day it incited quite a bit of convo and my goal throughout my yoga journey which started over 15 years ago (the reason I opened a studio and released DVDs!) was always to get more people talking about (and ultimately doing) yoga! What are your thoughts on yoga? (If any!) |
