Installing a 9ft piece of off-angle tape. I’m using taping mud because it’s a tape on product. My first step is mud (don’t skimp!), second is placement and then bending the product into place with my hand. Also making sure it’s tight to the ceiling and straight. Then I wipe all the way into the angle then a second wipe just on the outside, about 1/2 of the way in. I angle my knife so I’m getting the tape to lie down flat, no wrinkles or ridges because those will cause issues when you go to coat
