I've been gardening for 44 years on a zone 6b one acre rocky hillside where neighbors said nothing would grow. Bluebird Gardens is now certified wildlife refuge, Monarch way station, Hummingbird Haven and working apiary with native and honey bees. I also grow a lot of catnip for rescued cats.
