Today my kids made up their own little circuit training workout in the garden… using bowling pins, tennis rackets, hula hoops, balls, water pumps and whatever else they could find 😅💪 Jumping over things, lunging, weaving in and out, throwing at targets… and it hit me that they’ve probably just been copying what they’ve seen me do over time.
