A rainy afternoon gave way to sunshine for the annual Freshman Cake Race, and the Class of 2021 was ready. So were the cakes! This year’s winners took home a homemade tennis playing Minion cake, courtesy of men’s tennis coach Drew Barrett, and a whimsical confection topped with blue frosting, sugar jewels and white chocolate.
