From homeless to tour guide: Londoners lead city street tours

Steve Adami, the executive director of Salvation Arm's The Way Out , a homeless initiative, gave me a tour of the new 55-bed shelter that is scheduled to welcome its first participants on September 2nd. It's called Hope House. Salvation Army is partnering with the city in the effort to address the homeless and drug crisis.
