Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum is hosting a fundraiser for their Patrol Boat River Restoration Project. The PBR hull number 105 with the name “Elaine” stenciled on her side, is a replica of the boat Recipient James Elliott Williams used during his 1966 combat deployment in Vietnam.
