Watch this clip from our latest Critical Incident Video. On October 11, 2018 LAPD Mounted Unit Officers became involved in an incident with a suspect armed with a razor blade in the Hollywood Area. They used both a bean bag and a baton to take him into custody, this after minutes of talking to him in an attempt to de-escalate the situation.
