Arthur 🧒🏼 finds and identifies one of our favourite edible mushrooms, it’s the Hen of the Woods! 🐔🍄‍🟫 This wonderful and fairly large polypore mushroom usually sprouts beneath Oak and other hardwoods. We found this one under a Scot’s Pine, but after making the video, we saw that there was some old decaying wood close to the fruiting bodies that we thought was likely Oak or Beech.
