Members of the Namibian Police are seen in this video throwing a man who is seemingly not resisting arrest into the back of a police van. This is despite the fact that the Inspector General of the Namibian Police, Lieutenant General Joseph Shikongo, who has on numerous occasions spoken out against police using force except when necessary.
